    Stroke clinic is ONLY available for swimmers ages 7 and up.  Stroke clinic provides an opportunity each day to work on a specific stroke. COACHES WILL NOT BE IN THE WATER WITH SWIMMERS

    Typically the schedule is 

    Monday - Butterfly, Tuesday - Backstroke, Wednesday - Breaststroke, Thursday - Starts and Dives, Friday - Freestyle
