Practice Location
The Dolphins practice at the Lake Pavilion pool which is located at:
9205 Martin Road, Roswell, Georgia 30076.
Practice Schedule
Afternoon Practice (Weeks 1 & 2)
Week 1: May 11th - May 15th
6 & under: 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
7 – 10: 5 pm - 5:45 pm
11 & over: 5:45 pm- 6:30 pm
*Wednesday, May 13th will be a Spirit Night at Whit's from 4 - 8pm. There will NOT BE PRACTICE this day. Come support the team by getting ice cream, and come meet all the coaches in a different setting!
Week 2: May 18th - May 20th*
6 & under: 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
7 – 10: 5 pm - 5:45 pm
11 & over: 5:45 pm- 6:30 pm
*May 20th will be a mock meet. The meet will start at 5:30pm and swimmers will be expected to arrive at 5:15pm. The mock meet will only be for athlets 12 & Under that can swim an entire lap unassusted.
**No practice May 21st or May 22nd with school ending and the pool opening for the summer
Morning Practice (Weeks 3 - 7)
Week 3: May 26th - May 29th
*No practice Monday, May 25th for Memorial Day
Beginner (6 & Under): 8:45 am - 9:30 am
Stroke Clinic: 9:30 am - 10:00 am (extra cost - 7 years old and up)
Intermediate (7-10): 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Advanced (11 &over): 11:00am -12:00pm
Week 4,5,6: June 1st - June 19th
Beginner (6 & Under): 8:45 am - 9:30 am
Stroke Clinic: 9:30 am - 10:00 am (extra cost - 7 years old and up)
Intermediate (7-10): 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Advanced (11 &over): 11:00am -12:00pm
*Picture Day Friday, June 12th - practice times will be different this day
Week 7: June 22nd - 26th
June 22nd, 23rd, & 24th - Normal Practice Schedule
Beginner (6 & Under): 8:45 am - 9:30 am
Stroke Clinic: 9:30 am - 10:00 am (extra cost - 7 years old and up)
Intermediate (7-10): 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Advanced (11 &over): 11:00am -12:00pm
June 24th will be the last day of practice
*Banquet - Friday, June 26th
Fun Friday - CHANGE from 2025
Fun Friday will take place during normal time slots. (6 & Unders from 8:45 - 9:30am, Stroke Clinic from 9:30 - 10am, etc...) This will allow more eyes on our swimmers and for fun activities to be more appropriately catered to each age group. This also allows us to offer Stroke Clinic on Fridays so that your child can participate 5 days a week!
Evening Practice
We will not be offering evening practice this season. There has been a lot of change this season that we are trying to work through, but our goal is to offer an evening practice option for summer 2027! If you have any questions about this decision, please reach out.
