Hi All,

The weather isn't looking very sunny this week, but hopefully, we will be able to get in the rest of our practices.  As a reminder we make the best educated guess we can with the weather to keep our swimmers and coaches safe! 

We are in the final two weeks of this swim season.  We have 2 meets, a banquet, and the ASA Championship meet at GA Tech remaining.

For this week...

1. Our swim meet is away at Hammond Hills.  We have worked to streamline our volunteer needs.  Please sign up for 1 of the 26 positions we need to fill.

2. Picture day is this FRIDAY.  Individual pictures will be taken between 8:30 and 10:00 am. The team picture will be taken at 10:00 am. After the team pictures donuts will be provided to each swimmer and it will be a Fun Friday swim day! 

If anyone can help by picking up the donuts on Friday please let Katie or Margaret know! Donuts need to be picked up between 9:00 and 9:30.

For Next Week...

3. The Dolphins Swim Team Banquet is next Wednesday, June 28th, at the Lake Pool from 5:00 - 7:00 pm.  There is no practice on the morning of the banquet. This year we are catering a taco bar from Moe's and asking all families to bring their own drinks.  Like last year we are also offering a Burrito Box for individuals who would rather that than the taco bar.  You can indicate in your RSVP if you would like this option.

Swimmers on the team eat for free.  The cost for an adult meal is $10 and for children not on the team the cost is $7.  After RSVPing payment can be made on the store page.

We have a few volunteer needs for the banquet including picking up cookies from Sams Club and helping serve food.  Please consider signing up for a shift to help the banquet flow smoothly.
