Hi Families,

I hope everyone has had a great weekend! In preparation for this coming week here is some helpful information to know.

1. Swimmers MUST complete Meet Availability Status EVERY WEEK
 (How to Indicate Meet Status)

At last week's meet, many events had to be scratched due to absent swimmers.  Moving forward each family will need to indicate whether they WILL or WILL NOT attend the meet.  If a family does not respond, the swimmer will not be put in any events.  Directions on how to complete this process are attached above.

2. Friday is picture day. (schedule below)

If you plan to show up for picture day please plan to arrive on time for your group picture slot.  If desired, individual pictures can be taken before or after group pictures.   As you can imagine practice this day is not normal in the water practice.  Coach Rachel will update us with any dry land activities the kids will be doing that day.  To keep with our picture day tradition donuts will be provided after photos :)
